Turmeric powder– two pinches
Chilli powder-1/4 pinch
Green chillies, sliced-2
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
1.Apply the butter over the bread.
2.Cut the bread into small pieces with knife.
3. Heat the pan, add oil and saute onion, green chillies and capsicum.
4.Add the turmeric & chilli powder and salt.
5.Add the bread slices and toss it gently.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves.
