Beetroots have more sugar ,than other vegetables,the sweet pachadi is famous in HSB meals.Its made like diluted kesari.As soon as u slurp,the taste will vanish.So,I made it mushy,you can make either way as u like.
1.Grind the beetroot into coarsely…
2.Cook the beetroot with a cup of water in a pan
3.Allow it to cook for 4-5 minutes
4.Once beetroot is 3/4th cooked, add the sugar and cardamon
5.Simmer for another 5 minutes and its done!
