Green Peas Masala


Fresh Green Peas – 2 cups

Dry Indian Spices – a few

Onion – 2

Tomato – 3

Chopped Ginger Garlic – 1 tbsp

Red Chilly powder-1 tsp

Coriander powder -2 tsp

Garam masala-1 tsp

Sugar-1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil for shallow fry


1.Cook peas with sugar ( to retain the color) with less water for 5-10 minutes

2.Chop onion n tomatoes and fry in oil

3.Add Ginger garlic, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt and fry till oil oozes out.

4.Add peas finally and Serve for any indian bread or rice

5.Can garnish with green leaves and fresh cream.
