Bhendi Fry(Vendaikai Fry)

Ingredients

Bhendi-1 cup

Onion-1

Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp

Red Chilly -1

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Rice flour-1 tsp

Salt To taste

Method

1.Fry Mustard seeds,Onion,Red chilly in oil.

2.Add Bhendi to it.

3.Add Turmeric powder ,Salt and Rice Flour

4.Cook until Bhendi becomes soft
