Spinach/Palak -250 gms
Kasuri methi-2 tsp
Green chilli-2 to 3 nos
Ginger and Garlic paste-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil -2 tsp
1.Remove the stems of the spinach and collect only the leaves
2.Boil two cups of water in a pan,and blanch the spinach for two minutes
3.Quickly drain the water and rinse the leaves to cool it down
4.Heat a pan, add oil,cumin,onions,green chillies and saute it till it turns trasculent
3.Grind the tomato into fine paste.
6.Add Ginger garlic paste to the pan and tomato puree
7.Allow it to cook for 6-7 minutes.
8.Grind spinach into fine paste.
9.Add the puree the pan and cook in low flame for 3-4 minutes
10.Add paneer ,salt,kasuri methi and cream at the end
