I made this bread upma with left out bread slices into a simple meal , those who made this will make it again.The recipe is so simple and you can stir up the upma in two minutes.
Turmeric powder-two pinches
Chilli powder-1/4 pinch
Coriander leaves to garnish
Salt to taste
1.Apply the butter over the bread.
2.Cut the bread into small pieces with knife
3. Heat the pan,add oil and saute onion,green chillies and capsicum
4.Add the turmeric & chilli powder and salt
5.Add the bread slices and toss it gently
6.Garnish with coriander leaves
