I had a Q&A session with a reporter about food blogging and it has published in NEWS TODAY today's edition (20/09/2014) .I love bangalore city for its nature,food and the climate.The food in bangalore is too good and less expensive compared to chennai.All these years i made my friend shalini's recipe for bisibele bath which was quick and easy.This time i tried to make bisibelebath powder with byadgi chillies.It is sure worth to try this most favourful huli huli ana with authentic flavors.It stays too hot for long time.I am sure many gonna try and give thumbs up to me.

Bisibelebath powder-5 tbps
Toor dal-100 gms
Turmeric powder-a pinch
Vegetables as available
Drumstick,carrot,beans,potato,white pumpkin-2 cups,chopped
Small onion-8-10 nos
Tamarind-Lemon size,soaked in 1/2 cup water
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves-10 nos
1.Wash rice and dal ,add turmeric and 6-7 cups of water.Cook it in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles
2.Heat a pan ,add the seasoning ingredients,once the mustard splutter ,add the small onions ,tomato and vegetables ,saute for two minutes.
3.Extract the tamarind juice from the pulp and add the tamarind juice (around 1 cup)to the pan
4.Add a cup of water and close the lid ,let it for cook in low flame until all vegetables are 3/4th cooked
5.Add the salt and bisibele bath powder to the pan
6.Add the rice to the pan and continue to cook in low flame for 5 minutes
