Beetroot sweet pachadi





Beetroots have more sugar ,than other vegetables,the sweet pachadi is famous in HSB meals.Its made like diluted kesari.As soon as u slurp,the taste will vanish.So,I made it mushy,you can make either way as u like.

Ingredients
Beetroot,grated-2
Sugar-3-5 tbsps
Cardamon-1 
Method
1.Grind the beetroot into coarsely...
2.Cook the beetroot with a cup of water in a pan
3.Allow it to cook for 4-5 minutes 
4.Once beetroot is 3/4th cooked,add the sugar and cardamon
5.Simmer for another 5 minutes and its done!
