Thandai-Holi Special


Ingredients
Kuskus seeds-2 tbsps
Cardamon-2
Cloves-4
Sugar-1/4 cup
Cucumber seeds-2 tbsps
Almond-5
Pepper-5
Rose essence-1 tsp or 
Rose gulkand-1 tbsp
Milk-2 cups
Water-half cup

Method
Grind pepper,khuskhus,cardamon,cloves,gulkand,cucumber seeds and almonds with water into fine paste
Mix with milk and serve chilled
