Dewberry's-Restaurant Review

Wish all the restaurants maintains a standard in food and service...I am not obsessed in eating out,I would like to visit new place once in a while...After shifting from annanagar,I completely miss my friends(Can someone hear me?)...I wish i have more friends to hang out, somewhere like dewberry....This review is late, supposed to be posted before jaavaid...

Here is my late review..

Dewberry's is a new resto cafe located in Dr.Radhakrishnan road along with the boutique, the place where u and ur friends can sit for long hours and enjoy the food...

One of the very nicest things about life is the way we must regularly stop whatever it is we are doing and devote our attention to eating.” -Luciano Pavarotti
I liked the quote...The menu is completely continental and glad to see the dishes are well explained below the dish name...

Before i reached the place, the fellow reviewer has ordered this, Strawberry Melon rush with a hint of salt in the rimmed glass...Almost its an every girl's drink..Verry berry merry to me.

Since everyone has already ordered each flavour,i had to choose new one...I chose Bubble gum smoothie,it was a let down...

For the Starters-they served sweet Bruschetta with mixed cheese and was good

This is the thumps up drink-Chilli twist...The lemon juice with the little hint of chilli in salt rimmed glass..

For Nonveg Starter-Prawns Gamberoni was perfectly cooked and my fav pick

Chippy Fungi-A crunchy mix of mushroom and prawns...

For main course-They served steaming hot ,the veg and nonveg sizzlers

The Chicken espagnole was the best ,the thai platter had wonderful flavour of lemon grass and perfectly done...Almost this is my first thai sizzler in chennai...Thumbs up on this.

If u r pasta lovers, this magic mushroom pasta is gud, though the sauce was little watery....

This was minced chicken bolognese...Not special as the other version

Fruitlette-The grilled quesadilla stuffed with panner and served with fruits...I liked the fusion concept..I also liked one more dessert- Simple Simean that had crepes served with Caramel sauce..The desserts took long time to arrive and all the chocolate desserts were disappointing....

I shouldnt say "Stay away" for this place,Since the food was good and only a few was average.

Ambience - Indoor is usual while the outdoor rocks
Food - 3 out of 5
Service - Can be better
