Coriander Chutney
Ingredients
Coriander leaves-2 cups
Green chillies, slitted-3
Onion,chopped-Quarter cup
Coconut,grated-Quarter cup
Salt to taste
Oil-2 tsp
Method
1.Fry all the ingredients(except the leaves) in oil
2.Switch off and add the coriander leaves
3. Sauté them well and grind it to fine paste
The chutney goes well with Wheat flour dosa...
a must chutney in my fridge..need it every day
ReplyDeletepriya super yarr..i used to prepare this for dosa and snacks like vada etc..i don't add the coconut..sure will try this recipe next time
