Pineapple Rasam


Pineapple Rasam
Ingredients
Cooked Toor dal-half cup
Pineapple Juice-2 cups or
Pineapple ,Chopped-1
Cumin-1 tsp
Tomato-1
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-half tsp
Green Chilli ,chopped-1-2 nos
Coriander,chopped-1 stem
Pineapple ,chopped-Few pieces
Oil-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Lime juice-2-3 drops

Method
1.Chop pineapple using pineapple cutter,remove the thorns and the center pulp(white) and
 grain it to fine paste
2.In tawa,add oil-1 tsp,mustard seeds,cumin,green chillies  and tomato
3.Add the toor dal ,pineapple juice and 1 cup of water
4.Add the rest of the ingredients one by one and bring it to a boil
5.Switch off the flame and add the lime juice.

Indian Flavoured Pizza

I made this instant(south) indian  flavoured pizza with curry leaves

Fry the chopped onion and tomatoes in oil with salt ,turmeric and pepper powder


Spread them on pizza base
Sprinkle some fried curry leaves and grated soft Cheese
Microwave it at high for one minute

It takes just 2 minutes to make this indian pizza...Even just born will like it..
I mean is there any kid hates pizza..
