One of my favourite snack....Very simple and easy too...
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Bread crumbs-1 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to deep/shallow fry
1.Cook potatoes,carrot,beans and peas
2.Drain the water completely
3.Fry the onion and garlic in oil
4.Smash the vegetables,with fried onion and garlic,salt,turmeric and coriandar leaves
5.Beat the egg with pinch of salt
6.Make patties like or desired shapes of cutlet,dip in egg and roll in bread crumbs
7.Shallow or Deep fry the cutlets,before serving..
U can also add garam masala or chilli powder
