Newyork Cheesecake

I been to cheesecake factory last year..Just loved the sour,sweet and creamy cake...I went back to India and tried No Bake Cheesecake,which turned out to be huge hit..In india,its too costly to buy Cream cheese(main man)
..So we use hung curd(Full Fat Curd hanged for 12 hrs)..No bake cheesecake is very easy to make,if it sets well for u...
I want to bake cheese cake someday,i tried  newyork basic cheese cake recipe which was awesome...The cakes made at home are cheaper and the best..But while considering cheesecakes,the fact goes myth...The cost of making it and buying it is more over the same or higher..
I cannot afford to buy 4 x 8 oz cream cheese boxes,as every recipe needs...I did some cost cutting and made it fair..

I baked in a 12 inch spring form pan,so i used recipe with my add-on flavour..I added half cup mango pulp and half cup sugar
U can find lots of tips while baking the cake ,jus google them...Usually cheesecake cracks on top,thank god,it didnt happen for me..But i little over baked my cake...ooouuccchh..Its my first attempt..All the friends and family loved it..The kids fought for the last slice..Sure ,It tastes yummy...

2(8 oz) cream cheese packs
Sour cream-half cup
Sugar-1+half cup
AP flour-1 tablespoon
Butter-1 tablespoon
Vanilla Essence-1 tsp
Mango pulp-half cup

For Crust layer
Graham Crumbs-2 cups
Sugar-Quarter cup
Butter-half cup
Melt the butter and mix it to crumbs and sugar..Layer the crumbs and tab them well.Freeze them,until u do the baking...
1.Thaw the cream cheese and make them soft
2.Beat the eggs,sugar and Vanilla essence well
3.Beat the cream cheese,sour cheese and butter well
4.Add the AP flour and mango pulp to cream cheese and beat them
5.Add the egg mix to cream cheese and beat them for 1 minute
6.Add cream cheese to baking pan and bake it for 30-40 mins at 350F
7.Insert the knife in center to check it is well baked
8.Once done,refrigerate them
