Potato Fry


I have seen n made many potato fry gone smashy at end...To avoid it,my mom dont cook it and she finely cut the potatoes into pieces and roast them,like this..I cook my potatoes in pressure cooker (half cooked) and peel the skin and cut them into med. pieces and toss them well in oil before adding my spices...

Ingredients
Onion-1,chopped
Tomato-1,chopped
Anniseed or Cumin-1 tsp
(Indian )Potato-3
Chilly powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-Quater tsp
Salt to taste
Oil-3 tbsp

Method
1.Preboil the potatoes to half cooked
2.Peef them off and cut each into 7-8 pieces
3.Fry Aniseed,Onion,Tomato in oil
4.Add potatoes and toss them well ,until the outer is slightly turns crispy
5.Add the rest of the spicy powders and salt
6.Close the lid and cook at low flame for another 5 minutes

Yummy hot potato fry is ready
