Falafel


Falafel is a mid-eastern food...i think there are two kinds of ppl..one who tasted it ,other never...Ppl who tasted ,sure they are crazy on it..I was searching for good recipe long time,and found it thru her...
Aarti paarti is amazing with her cooking skills...

Ingredients
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp coriander seeds
2 cup peas,cooked  and drained
1 shallot, peeled and chop roughly
2 clove garlic, peeled
Handful of fresh mint leaves
2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1/4 cup besan -chickpea flour; regular flour is a fine substitute
 oil for frying
quater cup of plain yogurt



Method
1.Dry Roast cumin,coriander and fenugreek seeds
2.Mix all the ingredients..And grain it to thick dough
3.Make flat patties or balls
4.I didnt deep fry it, rather i shallow fried it for 2 mins and baked it for 5 mins at high
