Its the most wanted dish in south indian lunch..
Isn't it?..I dont like to cook vegetables in pressure cooker..I like the vegetables crunchy and not soggy nor over-cooked...U can also add cooked dal or coconut flakes..
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-half tsp
Salt to taste
1.Chop onion and cabbage to fine pieces
2.Fry mustard seeds in oil,add the onion,curry leaves and cabbage
3.Saute them for few minutes until it is semi cooked and crunchy
4.Add Salt and turmeric powder before u switch off the flame
