Paneer Fingers-My 100th recipe


Ingredients
Panneer-250 gms
Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
Soy Sauce-1 tsp
Chilly Sauce-1 tsp
Tomato Sauce-2 tsp
Maida-2 tsp
Cornflour-1 tsp
Red color- a pinch
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread Crumbs-1 cup
Oil to deep Fry

Method
1.Cut Paneer into long thick strips
2.Mix all the ingredients except the bread crumbs and form a nice paste
3.Add Paneer to it and marinate for half an hours
4.Toss each paneer in bread crumbs
5.Deep fry paneer fingers in medium flame
6.Dont let the masala leave off the paneer,give mild toss in bread crumbs
7.Dont over soak paneer in masala,as it ends break up
