Keema Balls


I love mutton kheema,the most favourite in nonveg dish...Here is the recipe

Ingredients
Mutton kheema-250 gms
Chana dal- 3 tbsp
Green Chilly-3
Ginger Garlic paste-2 tsp
Onion-1 chopped
Coriander-1/4 cup chopped
Aniseed -1 tsp
Coconut-1/4 cup
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to Deep Fry

Method
1.Wash and Squeeze out excess water from kheema
2.Grain Green Chilly,aniseed,coconut,kheema,chana dal,ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder
3.Add onion,salt,coriander leaves to kheema and make tight balls
4.Deep fry them in med flame
5.If ur kheema gets loser or splits while frying,add chana dal powder
Yummy kheema is ready
