Protein Shake


I make this protein shake for my two years old daughter....She is most choosy on finger food , but loves to drink anything tasty

Ingredients
Full Cream Milk-1 cup
Ice cubes-3/4 cup(optional)
Banana-1
Peanut butter-1 tbsp
Raisins-a Few(or any dry fruit)
Chocolate Sauce-2-3 tbsp
Sugar-as u like
Method
1.Soak Raisins in quarter cup of water(half an hour)
2.Mix all the ingredients in blender
3.Add raisins and beat it well
4.Serve Chilled
