Fish Cutlet


Fish -2 slices
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Lime juice -1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Bread crumbs-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
1.U can use fleshy fishes like Red Snapper,Shark or Parai
2.Remove the bones and skin of the fish
3.Marinate them with lime juice and ginger garlic paste
4.Beat the egg
5.Add salt,pepper n chilly powder to fish and mix well
6.Dip the fish slices in egg and toss them in bread crumbs
7.Heat the oil and deep fry them in medium flame
8.Serve with chips
