Aloo Paratha-An Easy Way


For dough
Atta Flour-2 cups
Salt-1/4 tsp
Water-1 cup
For stuffing
Aloo(Cooked n Smashed)-1 cup
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Garam masala-1 tsp
Salt to taste
To cook paratha
Butter or Oil (optional)

1.Make soft dough and rest it for 10 minutes
2.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl for stuffing
3.Make (most)thin layer of chapathis
4.Spread the Stuffing on chapathi,apply some water on edges
and cover with another chapathi
5.Seal the edges well
6.Cook them on a tawa in low heat with butter or oil
This is the easiest way of meeting aloo paratha..isn't it?
