Bread Toast 3


Bread slice-2
Green Chutney-2 tbsp
Onion chopped-2 tbsp
Green Chilly(Finely chopped)-1
Mayonnaise-1 tbsp
Cheese slice-1


1.Cut the edges of the Bread
2.Spread Mayonnaise on one bread
3.Spread green chutney on another side
4.Spread all the onion and green chilly on green chutney bread
5.Place the cheese slice on it
6.Close it with mayonnaise bread
7.Toast it on toaster or on tawa
8.Cut the bread into four triangles and serve with tomato ketchup

Bread Toast
This recipe is from my mom's...I remember whenever she makes this for my school lunch,my classmates grab the lunch and runs away.It has great taste and smells too...
Ghee/Butter-3 tsps
Condensed milk-4 tbsps
Sugar (optional)
Toast the bread with ghee till it turns crispy
Spread condensed milk
Sprinkle sugar if u want more sweet

Sugar to taste
Oil or ghee to toast
Mix the ingredients except bread
Dip bread slice and toast it in pan

Choco Bar (bitter)-70%

Choco Bar (Milk)-30%

Nuts a Few


1.Chop chocolates and melt them in double boiling method
2.Stir for 5minutes ,until u get thick and remove n beat well until u get flowing consistency
3.Pour in chocolate mould or ice tray ,top up with crushed nuts
4.Keep in fridge for 30 minutes
5.Remove the tray and Demould it
6.Store it again for 5-8 hours in fridge

Veral Fish is most tasty fish...mostly available and popular in thanjavur,southern tamil nadu..People loves this fish.They grow this fish in ponds,temples or in small water banks.In andhara and someplace,they grow it in farms which is less tasty than in pond fishes.Sometimes,Farm fishes will have more flesh and less tasty and vice.... in pond fish.It can be stored for a week and more yummy when the day goes on..


Veral Meen-1 kg
Tarmarind Water-3-4 cups
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Chilli powder-2 tsps
Coriander powder-3-4 tsps
Small Onion-1/4 kgs(remove skin)
Tomato-1/2 kgs (chop into fine pieces)
Garlic-3-4 no
Curry leaves-handful
Mustard/urad/Methi dal -each 1 tsp
Sesame Oil,Caster oil,Vegetable oil -each 1 tbsp to shallow fry


1.Clean Fish
2.Soak lime size tamarind in warm water
3.Take any iron thick vessel and add all the oils
4.Fry all the dals,curry leaves,garlic,shallots,tomatoes
5.Squeeze taramind and get 3-4 cups of its water
6.Add turmeric ,chilly and coriander powder to fryings
7.Keep on stirring until oil oozees out
8.Only add the fish and tamarind water
9.Cook only for 4-5 mins
10.Garnish with curry leaves

I usually buy black pomfret..but tried this silver pomfret.I have seen this fish fry in kerala restaurants.....Two fishes for 97 rupees.It is tasty and easy to make..
Pomfret Fish-2
Lime juice-2 tsp
Red Chilly powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Oil to Shallow Fry
1.Marinate the fish  with all the ingredients for an hour or more
2.Shallow fry the fish in hot oil
