Schezwan Paneer

Schezwan Paneer
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Red Chilli powder-2 tsp
Cornflour-2 tbsp
Soya Sauce-1 to 2 tsp
Tomato Puree-2 tbsp
Spring Onion Chopped-1 cup
Vinegar -1 tsp
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to shallow fry

1.Cut paneer into cubes
2.In Oil fry ginger garlic paste,Spring Onion,and red Chilli powder
3.Add Soya sauce,Tomato Puree and vinegar
4.Add Paneer to it
5.Mix Cornflour in few drops of water to make paste and add it
6.Stir without pause and add salt & sugar now
7.Dont over cook it and don’t add sugar to onions ,it may get caramelized
