Malai Kulfi

Malai Kulfi
Full Cream Milk-4 cups
Sugar-1/2 cup
Bread slice-1
Elachi powder-2 tsp
Nuts-1/2 cup

1.Boil milk and reduce to 2 cups
2.Add Sugar to it
3.Dry Roast nuts and chop them fine pieces and powder
4.Cut the corners of bread,and grain the bread to fine powder
5.Add Bread and nuts to milk and boil for one minute
6.Dont over cook,as it can burn out at bottom
7.Add elachi powder,and pour it to mould if u have it
8.U can also pour it to vessel and cut them into slices to serve
9.Garnish with nuts
