Kadai Chicken
Ingredients
Chicken-1/2 kg
Onion-3
Tomato-4
Cashew paste-1/4 cup
Chilli powder-2 tbsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Dry Spices-a few
Ginger Garlic paste-2 tbsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Fresh Coriander -1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Fry to shallow fry
Method
1.Chop onion and tomato
2.In Oil,fry onion,tomato,spices and ginger garlic paste
3.Add Clean Chicken pieces to it,add chilli powder and saute for 2 minutes.
4.Add ½ cup of water and cook for 5 mins
5.Once the water is absorbed,add Turmeric powder,Cashew paste and Garam masala
6.Saute Chicken until oil oozes out
7.Garnish with coriander
