Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tsp
Hung Curd-2 tsp
Red Chilly Powder-2 tsp
Garam masala Powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
1.Wash Chicken ,squeeze it and make slit deep till the bones.
2.Make thick paste of rest of ingredients except the oil.
3.Mariginate 8 hours in refrigerator.
4.Apply oil as a coat and use grill in oven at max deg for 20 mins,
turn chicken at other end and grill for 10 mins.
