Fresh Cream-1 cup
Hund Curd-1 cup
Marie Biscuit-10 to 15 nos
Butter -3 tbsp
1.Grind Strawberry and Sugar.
2.Crush biscuits into Powder,melt butter and add to it.
3.Mix Hung Curd,Fresh Cream,Strawberry juice.
4.Boil 3 tbsp of water and add gelatin and stir until it dissolves.
5.Add gelatin slowly to strawberry mixture and stir continuously.
5.Layer the Crushed Biscuits to hard in a pan.
6.Pour strawberry mixture and Refrigirate for 8 hours.
7.Cake should be creamy and tender.
8.Garnish with strawberry (obviously!!)
