Mutton Soup

Mutton Soup




Ingredients
Mutton Bone (spine)-100 Gms
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Pepper and Cumin powder-1 tsp
Lemon juice-1/2 tsp
Turmeric-1/4 tsp
Chopped Onion-1
Chopped Tomato-1
Green chilli-1
Coriander to garnish
Coconut milk-20ml

Method

1. Dap the bones, add turmeric powder, 3 cups of water, and cook for 30 mins or in pressure cooker for 3-4 whistles
2. Fry Onion, Tomato, GG paste and green chilli
3. Add mutton soup to it
4. Boil for 5 mins, add pepper and cumin powder
5. Remove it from flame, add coconut milk and garnish with coriander
6. Serve Hot
