Jamun Mix-1
Sweet Khoa/Palgowa-100gms
Sugar syrup
Oil to deep fry
1.Make soft dough of jamun mix
2.Make balls of khoa
3.If u cant make balls,add any flour to tighten them
4.Stuff Khoa balls in jamun
5.Fry jamuns in slow flame,until sizzling stops
6.Dont fry in high flame,fry evenly
7.Soak in sugar syrup
8.Remove jamuns from syrup,avoid over soaking.
