Thanjavur Fish Fry
Coconut grated-2 tbsp
chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Curd/Lime juice-1 tsp
salt to taste
1.Grain Coconut,jeera,shallots,lime and spice powders into thick paste
2. Coat on cleaned fish and marinate 30 mins.
3.Shallow Fry in oil until it turns crispy.
