Sweet Paniyaram

Sweet Paniyaram
Rice-2 cups
Moong dal-1/2 cup
Urad dal-1/2 cup
Grated Jaggery-1-2cups
Elachi powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
1.Soak rice and dals for 2 hours
2.Grind them as thick dough with less water.
3.Dissolve jaggery and add salt & elachi.
4.Use paniyaram pan and fill oil in each part to half.
5.Pour one tbsp dough and cook oneside.
6.Turn Upside down and add oil and cook.
7.Check if it is cooked by knife or chopstick,in the middle
8.Can Fry in mid flame to get soft paniyarams or crispy ones in high flame.
9.Paniyaram should be spongy both sides
