Sweet Paniyaram


Sweet Paniyaram
Ingredients
Rice-2 cups
Moong dal-1/2 cup
Urad dal-1/2 cup
Grated Jaggery-1-2cups
Elachi powder-2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method
1.Soak rice and dals for 2 hours
2.Grind them as thick dough with less water.
3.Dissolve jaggery and add salt & elachi.
4.Use paniyaram pan and fill oil in each part to half.
5.Pour one tbsp dough and cook oneside.
6.Turn Upside down and add oil and cook.
7.Check if it is cooked by knife or chopstick,in the middle
8.Can Fry in mid flame to get soft paniyarams or crispy ones in high flame.
9.Paniyaram should be spongy both sides

Ingredients

Chicken drumsticks-10pieces
Egg-1
Garam masala-2tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste-1 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Bread crumbs-1 cup
Salt to taste and oil to deep Fry

Method

1.Marinate chicken with all ingredients(except crumbs) for 2 hours.
2.Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry them
3. Serve with lemon slices.Inside, it should be spicy and outer chicken must be crispy.

Chicken drumsticks-6-10

Egg-2

Ginger Garlic paste-2tbsp

Corn flour-2 tbsp

Soya Sauce-1 tbsp

Oyster Sauce-2 tbsp

Chilli Sauce-2 tsp

Tomato Sauce-2 tbsp

Sugar-1tbsp

Salt to taste and oil to deep fry.

Method

1.Marinate chicken with all the ingredients for 12 hours

2.Deep Fry and garnish with spring onions

Ingredients

Fish Pieces-3-4
Coconut grated-2 tbsp
Jeera-1 tsp
Small Onions(shallots)-4
chilli powder-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1tsp
Curd/Lime juice-1 tsp
salt to taste
Method

1.Grain Coconut,jeera,shallots,lime and spice powders into thick paste
2. Coat on cleaned fish and marinate 30 mins.
3.Shallow Fry in oil until it turns crispy.

Ingredients

Fish-4-5
Jeera-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Chilli powder-2 tsp
lime juice-few drops
Rice or /corn Flour-2 tsp
Oil to Fry and Salt to taste

Method
1.Clean Fish with turmeric and salt in water..
2.Add the rest of ingredients and Marinate for 1-2 hrs.
3.If the fish is thin and small,it is good to deep fry in hot oil,
if it bigger and thick,u can do shallow fry in a pan or tawa.
