Vegetable Fried Rice



Ingredients
Rice-1 cup
Chopped Vegetable-1 cup
Jeera-2tsp
Spice-1
Coconut milk-3 cups( optional)
Ghee-2tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
1.Fry Jeera,Spice,Vegetable in ghee.
2.Add Rice,3 cups pf water or Coconut milk and salt.
3.Close Lid and let them cook for 15 mins in medium flame.
