Crepes are thin flat bread which mostly comes with filling of savory or sweet combinations. The batter should be thin and smooth enough to make fine crepes.
1.Combine all purpose flour, corn flour, milk and salt and 1/4 cup of water in a deep bowl. Mill well till no lumps remain and keep aside.
2.Heat nonstick pan with butter, greased and pour 3 tbsp of batter into it, Spread the batter, make thin spread in medium flame.
3.Allow it to cook to get brown spots, flip the crepes and cook for 10 seconds.
4.Saute apple slices in butter and stuff in the crepe with dulce de leche and serve.
