Ladies Finger Curry -Vendakai Curry




Ingredients
Ladies finger-250 gms
Mustard seeds-half tsp
Onion,chopped-1
Coconut ,grated-1 tbsp
Chilli powder -1 tsp
Rice flour/besan flour-1 tsp
Curry leaves-8-10
Salt to taste

Method
1.Chop the vegetable into fine slices
2.Fry mustard seeds,onions and curry leaves in oil
3.Add the vegetable to it and saute them till it is cooked 
4.Sprinkle the salt and chilli powder and fry them well
5.Sprinkle the rice flour and saute them till it turns crispy
